Well respected throughout  his career, he has implemented Coda and Cognos around the globe over a since 1997, including the Middle East, US, Europe and Australia.

Balal is founder of Octavia Consulting and Level8 Solutions and Level8 Software, all three companies work in finance system implementation, predominantly the Unit4 Financials (previously Coda) workspace. 

Experienced in implementing globally and in most verticals including: Financials Services, Insurance sector including London Market, Retail, Leisure, Logistics including shipping and road.

Along with the Level8 crew Balal has no failed projects under his belt over a 30+ year career in finance systems.
